Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are provided except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By purchasing from DeliSkript, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Provided
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
2.1 Broken or Non-Functional Products
A refund may be issued if:
- The skript contains critical errors that prevent it from functioning as described
- The skript is incompatible with the stated Minecraft versions
- Essential features advertised in the product description do not work
- The developer has not responded to support requests within 14 days
2.2 Fraudulent or Misleading Content
A refund may be issued if:
- The product description is significantly misleading or false
- The skript contains malicious code or security vulnerabilities
- The content violates intellectual property rights
2.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item multiple times, we may refund the duplicate purchase(s) if reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above:
- Contact our support team at support@deliskript.store within 30 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
- Include evidence of the problem (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to investigate
We will work with you and the developer to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
4. What Does NOT Qualify for Refund
The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:
- Change of mind: Simply not wanting the product after purchase
- Compatibility issues: If your server setup doesn't support the skript (when requirements were clearly stated)
- User error: Inability to install or configure the skript properly
- Feature requests: Wanting additional features not originally advertised
- Performance expectations: The skript works but doesn't meet your performance expectations
- Server conflicts: Conflicts with other plugins on your server
- Outdated purchases: Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Partial usage: Using the skript for any period and then requesting a refund
5. Developer Support Requirements
Before requesting a refund, you must:
- Contact the developer directly through our platform
- Allow reasonable time for the developer to respond (up to 14 days)
- Provide clear information about the issue you're experiencing
- Follow any troubleshooting steps provided by the developer
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will lose access to the downloaded content
- The developer will be notified of the refund and reason
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional evidence or information. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final after the appeal process.
