DeliSkript is a digital marketplace platform that allows developers to sell and users to purchase Minecraft Skripts. We provide the platform, payment processing, and related services to facilitate these transactions.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Developer Terms

Content Submission

As a developer, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to distribute all submitted content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Your content is functional and as described
• You will provide reasonable support to purchasers

Revenue Sharing

Revenue from sales is distributed as follows:

• Developer: 70% of the sale price
• Platform Owner: 15% of the sale price
• Platform Operations: 15% of the sale price

5. Purchases and Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased content. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

The DeliSkript platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
